as Roxie in the musical "Chicago"!
When Christie appeared on "Good Morning America" to pronounce the news and tease the audience with some moves from the musical, she amazed everyone with the way she looked. I mean, she is 57 years old!!! And she looks better than some 25 year old celebrities out there.
In the interview she acted so "down to earth", showing the "new-born" celebrities how to talk and act on TV shows. She explained the entire process and how she got there. The question is: Should 57 years old ex-model get hired for the main role on Broadway? In this case I believe the answer would be YES! She looks amazing, besides her age, she has a lot of experience with public appearances, which could help her a lot, she proved she can dance, she looks just like I believe Roxy should look like, her husband is musician and he is helping her with the singing... The only thing I'm not sure about this, is her acting potential, but if some director and manager has decided she is the right choice, that I'm pretty sure she is.
In the end I would like to notice that she is a mother of 3 and she's been appreciated as a great mother. Her entire career is fulled with a lot of great moments. She is a role model, that's for sure... especially in the fashion industry where she's been ranked as third in AskMen.com - "Top 10 Supermodels of all time" and one of the "100 sexiest women of 20th Century" by Playboy.
